Kevin is a collaborator, consensus builder, and change agent with more than twenty years of experience in propelling organizations to their potential. An action-oriented, data-driven leader, he is responsible for realizing the full potential of the YMCA Development Network as a co-ownership model and a support system for Member Associations. Kevin holds a professional accounting designation and is highly trained in strategy development/execution and Enterprise Risk Management. Before joining YMCA Canada, Kevin served as Chief Financial Officer & VP Association Services at the YMCA of Okanagan.
